re: shell holdings in DOCU, SNLV, REDI

DOCU: my favorite holding and my largest position of all shells I own. IMHO it is the best shell to own if you have money to invest - as opposed to trade. They should announce a RM soon. They have 4.2mil shares O/S, no debt, and about .12 per share in cash for the new company.

SNLV: I am holding a large position. Very clean shell that could surprise us. But it is a more risky play since they have 44mil shares O/S.

REDI: I hold a smaller core position. Has a lot of debt they need to clean up but management has good experience in doing so. At .02 they are cheap enough that I think they will move when the fall/winter OTCBB Market starts to move.

Some Shells can start to move before a deal is announced from the insiders that know about the deal before the rest of us know!

NOTICE TO ALL: DON'T BUY SHELL COMPANIES EXPECTING A DEAL ANNOUNCED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS . . . BE PREPARED TO HOLD. TO MANY PEOPLE BUY SHELLS AND SELL AT A LOSS AFTER NOTHING HAPPENS IN A FEW DAYS. BETTER YET, IF YOU ARE THE TYPE THAT CAN'T HOLD A STOCK FOR MORE THAN A FEW DAYS, WAIT UNTIL A SHELL ANNOUNCES A RM AND THEN BUY. WITH THIS STRATEGY, YOU WILL MISS OUT ON THE BIG GAIN, BUT MAY BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SOME OF THE GAIN.
