I heard Pamela Aden interviewed on a local radio station late yesterday afternoon. She (and likely her sister too) feels that the POG is vulnerable in the near term as that is its expected course going into recession. She said some of the softness lately is already reflected in POG, but we may have further to go yet.

Of course, POG a year or so out is another matter. She, in fact, used the term "hyper inflation".

I had missed the last few minutes of the interview, so don't know what kind of future POG numbers may have been discussed.
