re UNFI - I looked at the earnings presentation and I think the company guided down EBITDA. It seems to be hard to tell due to the change in comps. Their leverage is high by around 5x EBITDA, so this is now more or less an equity stub. I would also note that adding back the share based compensation of about $0.27 is a bit questionable. I do agree that UNFI looks somewhat cheap, but it’s also risky.
