Before you decide, you might want to check out Gateway. I just finished a thorough comparison and the Gateway was actually cheaper in addition to having a few niceities thrown in that the Dell unit didn't have. I purchased mine pretty much loaded but without monitor and saved $150 or so by choosing Gateway. The main thing though was the lack of support I received on my first PC-Dell (true it was long ago) and the truly fantastic support I received on PCs #2 & 3 - Gateways. PC #4 was Compaq laptop - ehhhhhh, but #5 is back to Gateway and should receive the screamer next week.
