What you see is not a banner ad, ergo we don't have to turn it off. We said specifically that banner ads would not be placed on message boards (meaning..we didn't specifically say that about other kinds of solicitation...) However, bottom line is this No bombardment of forms of solicitation....and a solicitation on every thread with every message is bombardment. Surely no one is going to have the cajones to say that what you see in the upper right hand corner is not solicitation. If you want a refund of your fees and you relied on this statement...head 'em on up at the Go2net's Legal Counsel if they don't refund your fees. just a non-legal opinion
