DLGC just got a mention on CNBC. Wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement. They were showing the charts of tech stocks that havent been a part of the rally. The disclaimer was that in some cases there may be a good reason why these stocks havent rallied, but may be viewed as a good value. Two of the other stocks mentioned were CIEN and PSFT.
