Why do you believe the Palestinian leadership can control every suicide bomber??? Could our own leadership control Timothy McVeigh, the Columbine terrorists, and god knows who else in the future? If you are insisting that all terrorism stop before being willing to negotiate for peace, then there will probably never be peace in our lifetimes. The best way for Israel to defeat the terrorists would be to work on peace with the majority of Palestinians first, halt the settlements, stop the humiliation, and then both sides could work on eliminating the terrorists if they did not voluntarily stop on their own. The way it is now, Israel is trying to do things backwards, and this strategy is failing badly, with all sides suffering.
