Of course Bush lies. Always has, always will. And his surrogates lie even more. From Cheney on down to Hannity and Limbaugh then down to rightwing bloggers and SI posters.

Rove is careful not to have Bush lie very much. The real lies are told on the levels below Bush. But they are lying for Bush. So it's the same thing almost.
