How the Chinese people tracking works

Am okay as long as applied to all for greater good

in HK, under condition of tracking-wrist-band (bluetooth linked to smart phone, positioned by WiFi & cellular, by GPS and by cell-tower triangulation, always-on.

I tapped the icon on iPhone app, "I am now home", and walked the perimeter of the abode include garden (which is unusual for HK), and am now defined to must stay w/I perimeter for next 13-days, no visitors except dropping off deliveries, and no wandering around outside of perimeter. Very modern. HK$ 500K fine (US$ 65K) if etc etc etc
