David, it seems to me that the institutions are selling off the high techs. All seem to be down big time today. I believe part of what we are now seeing is the markets awaiting Yeltsin's speech to be given within a few hours. Rough week, and looking like a rough Friday. I think the market will tank at the end of the day as Money Managers won't want to be long over the weekend...to much uncertainty in the world. Stock Bull
