"OUR" Congress should drop the phony "intelligence czar" posturing and launch a full investigation-in BOTH houses-into the extent to which our military allows the REVISION of medal citations years after the fact. If it's only Kerry's citations, the public has a right to know before they are asked to vote on him. If it's WIDESPREAD, the DAYLIGHT is critical for the public to see. Congress should have the GUTS to express concern about this tawdry practice, in bi-partisan terms...
