Bill, so far what I'm learning about Tillerson inclines me to approve him as SoS. Also John Bolton as under secretary. We all talked a little once about the state of modern Russia, if you recall, and I expressed a certain sympathy for the demographic and economic weaknesses of this massive country. So for me, I see Tillerson's relationship with Putin as having potential benefits for both countries.

You, otoh, seem to be to be more knowledgeable of recent Russian history and more hawkish. So I'd love to know what you think?
