The bubble appears to be leaking pretty fast in the frothy bubble markets like AZ and FL. Too many speculators sitting on vacant properties and toxic ARM's resetting. Too much overbuilding right flooding supply even more today from artificial demand last year that wasn't end user. It almost has to be reflected in these stocks in what is usually a very bad period historically for stocks these coming five months and we are coming out of the greatest credit and RE bubbles of our lifetimes..
