Well they will have to build homes up in all major cities. (High rise condos) as they do in Toronto. I was also thinking of outside lift service vertically attached semi (laterally) detached small scale condos as a solution to the "land problem". As in steel frame 5 to 10 stories "houses" with perhaps 4 units per floor. We should sell them at fixed interest rates on 30 year mortgages to solve the housing problem in the States. How all that money gets parked at say 4% for all those years against fluctuating interest rates is the thorny problem. You solve it and get the Nobel prize in economics. Maybe temporary no fault rent to own occupancy with adjustable rent, on 5 year terms. Can't meet the rent, no give back, just re rent to own. No penalty. After five years they can re adjust rate for inflation. Ok I will take the CrazyFeller prize for creative financial hooey in print media. EC<:-}
