Why would it be a waste of time if a doctor feels his service is worth more (satisfied patients) than an allowed charge. Word of mouth does get around about service and treatment. Maybe the equipment is new,they have a great staff, so expenses are higher. 50 thousand, on the other hand would draw an IRS red flag. 10 or 15 dollars over an allowed charge adds up. Even though it's not paid. Could it not be used to offset, and increase your net income. Is it not true many people come down from Canada to be treated in this country?
