Hi Jeff,

I hope you don't mind my "butting in" here; it would be helpful to trace back in this folder to last Thursday. You'll see it mentioned several times by myself and others, that there are no rumors and Microsoft has NOT mentioned Wavephore in it's press releases.

I've held this stock for several years and it's volatile. Perhaps it has found a new base around 11, I don't know. My reason for owning the stock involves their work in transmitting data within analog broadcast signals; I feel the market for applications that use this technique is large and just beginning to be realized.
