Brian,

I am really sorry it took so long to get the answer to your question.
Darren Little told me that "Invest America" has been filmed and the fee for filming has been paid. But airing of the show is going to cost a lot more money, over $30K. Cash has been tight for AGTI, as we all know. With existing orders in the hopper which need to be filled, management felt the best immediate use of the money would be in expenses associated with inventory production costs and other revenue-related expenses such as sales and marketing.

There have been criticisms and doubt expressed by some people about AGTI management's ability. But to me, they made the correct decision about allocation of funds. Fill orders, sell more and let the revenues come. This will help to alleviate cash flow problems, creating revenue which can be used later to promote additional investor interest in the stock. First and foremost, any company's management has an obligation to run the company responsibly and to produce a profit. Then the other matters begin to fall into place, including shareholder value. IMHO.

I feel certain the Downey show will be aired in the future. The film is "in the can" and may be used at any time.
