Insurance companies are offering discounts for weight loss, working out, all kinds of healthy behaviors that would lead to lower claims. We have AETNA and they do it. I wouldn't be thrilled with using tax dollars, though, to bribe people to be healthy. Or are you thinking of it coming more from the private insurance sector?
