No, can't do that right now...First we have to restore the old inefficient light bulbs so all those homeless, out of work bulb makers can get back to work making obsolete bulbs, protect the sanctity of marriage with a constitutional amendment (it will limit heteros to a max of 5 divorces), outlaw Caliphates and Sharia Law and get on with the destruction of the West's financial system to satisfy the teabaggers, who do not want the government to touch their Medicare and Social Security.

Then we can get on with the Balanced Budget Amendment because Balanced Budgets have worked so well for the states.
