0 to none. The agreement with R. Fish was between Nanotronics and
Fish. Patriot was not originally named a defendant in the lawsuit.
Now that Patriot is the owner of the technology they are named along
with Nanotronics (Falk Estate). I could be wrong, but the difficulty
lies with Fish and Nanotronics, not Patriot. Another factor to
consider is that Chuck Moore is perfectly happy with the settlement.
