When the individual mandate is put before the Court, they're going want an explanation of how it is different from mandating weight watchers. Or 100 other similar questions about limitations on government's power. Comparing mandated weight watchers to paying a small share of YOUR health care now? Is there no limit to the small minded, simplistic, puerile thought process of the right? As I said, you [collectively] are analytically challenged. You have no answers. Only partisan, ideological, liberal, "feelings", which are meaningless in the context of the law. Now if you had said "should obese people pay a higher health care premium?" I'd have said "sure...don't obese people with health issues, or smokers, who buy insurance already do?"...where's the correlation with WW or forced exercise or any such_like health oriented regimen ?
