While I am no fan of federal involvement in our schools at all, that is a far different thing from requiring people to buy a product or service. There can at least be an argument in support of what you suggest.

The Left has failed to articulate any constitutional basis for the individual mandate for health insurance. For this reason, Obamacare should be rejected by the Court and if it isn't, it will have been a politically motivated decision, not one based on the Constitution.
