Alex and All, This may sound far out, but have you guys considered installing ordinary household carpeting in your kitchens? I did that--ran the same plush-pile carpet throughout the house. It is far less expensive and more durable than the usual kitchen/bathroom floor coverings. It is also easier to maintain than one might first think. Asthetically and acoustically, it is pleasing to the eyes and ears. And there's no better insurance for the Waterford and Baccarat. About the cheese puns, I'm Roquefort LOL. Sorry, couldn't resist one more in the Sago. Holly
