Dear Bill: Well, regarding COST it gives me a comfort level I need to endure the high pressure volatility of most of my portfolio which is primarily hi tech stocks with mega PE's. I figure COST to be at a minimum sort of like a Timex watch, takes a beating and keeps on ticking. haha. JDN
