I have a horror movie on tape to watch Ha. I thought that's what we WERE watching with Matthews. This morning, feeling that PfP was getting a little too rabidly partisan and wanting to remind myself there are always two ways to see something, I read a little on a Kerry thread. They see Matthews as having done a "kickass" job on Thurlow, tearing him into little pieces, and they said terrible things about Michelle Malkin. Keith Olbermann of Countdown called her an idiot last night, and highfived Matthews about his astute handling of Thurlow and Malkin. He defends himself this morning in a column on his site but imo calling anyone an idiot automatically dq's that person as an intelligent participant in a debate. And then I found myself writing HIM saying how about asking the hard questions of both sides, and cutting out the ad hominems, which are the mark of an ignorant, weak mind anyway. Along with ridicule, sarcasm, and condescension. I am beginning to worry about my mental health and am going to go do something non-political.
