warm and fuzzy is probably an extreme characterization, but i've never had a problem getting TW on the phone or out here, relatively quickly. another problem i had w/Vonage is their voice mail always screws up. now my bro quit Vonage and went back to SBCrap, but when i call him (on my Vonage line), i get his old Vonage voice mail! i have noticed several other people w/Vonage, when i call them, their voice mail is all screwy. i don't know if it's because i'm calling them from a Vonage line or if their own line is screwed up.
