Go easy on the guy, maybe the virtual butler is a cry for help. Its blatently obvious now, that he's riding a moonbeam of some sort. Next he'll be using analogies based on Star Trek episodes... Microsoft's 2-year licensing "bargains" are an attempt to stall a lengthening product upgrade-cycle. In their defense, it is about all they can do until other revenue streams take up the slack.
