"they're even allowed to vote in this state." They are allowed to vote in every state. When the Republic was first founded only property owners could vote. Would a loser in bankruptcy who had not yet lost the title to their house qualify? How about we bar anyone receiving government subsidy from voting? the ratio of taxpayers to beggars is getting dangerously close to tipping towards the beggars. "Where are all the libs who used to claim that CAers were OBVIOUSLY smarter than you guys?" They still do. We never paid much mind, and we still don't.
