I know where there are tails of tungsten metal of unknown total quantity, but some of the mines ran 3 lbs per ton in parts. One ran much higher. It was recovered during the war. I don't know what the tenor is but you could do some wild arm waving at 2 lbs if you stood far enough back from it. There are other metals of note, so economics would be fair. Flotation tests were done on the stuff a while back and they worked after a fashion with two reagant groups. I believe 6 million tons of tailings is available. Total metal value by copious drilling and assay of other metals and crude and dangerous estimation of the W is about $51, if we give a value to the Wolfram of $7.50 a lb. CDN. By flotation tests you can get an actual $23 of other metals, and $11.25 of W. CDN a today's prices (using the $7.50 for T figure) conservatively Costs by scoping study would be $7.00 per ton all up. ("We are rich", he screams dancing around the ceiling.. "We are just crazy mad rich, rich rich".. finally he is pried off the chandelier, the froth is wiped off his face and taken to the asylum for mad mining promoters.. there he meets and befriend Myer Rush, Bernie Cornfeld, Michael de Guzman, Napoleon and an old guy names Solomon with a mine in the far east, who kept repeating stories of grapes of gold hanging from the caverns in the torch light..)
