OT-Jake, Nah, it's like the old joke: "we know what you are. Now we're just negotiating price." <G> I was always amazed at my colleagues in both research and in portfolio mgt., who were making 6 figures in the 80s, when the dollar was actually worth something, who would sell out for some gift or something that was only worth a $1000 or so. And many lost their cushy jobs and the ability to get another one for such stupid stuff. They will now call that "The Martha Stewart Syndrome," but it has existed forever. I always said I could be bought, but the price was beyond the benefits to the buyer. <G>
