The best of my knowledge it was a very fair deal with minumal time constraints required by Noram as far as meeting the repayment Because of the details not being released via the wire i really cant comment any further . This would be one to Write down for you next conversation with George . He might be able to help The First quarter is going to be exciting , I expect to see earnings as we all do .The best thing we have going for us on this note is the Tax loss from 1997 its going to really help us forge into positive territory . So what some might consider bad i consider GOOD in this situation. I dont think we will feel the pain of set up-costs because we have that .Whats everyone's feeling on this topic.
