When I read the headline in your link I immediately thought that you were referring to the Feds intervening in the building easement and shaft space. "Open building access," in other words.

What is your take on these latest occurrences in heretofore Wildwestland, and how do you think it will affect the down-the-riser-and-to-the-loop BLECs?
