Hello Bruce, I think the South Africans want to get their hands on all the reserves as possible around the world, they are flush with cash and have announced a lot of expansion projects at home.

ARQ needs to do a financing, oe reason it is probably down.
The stock has been trading flat here in the $0.60 to $0.70 range, looks like a bottom to me, dull activity before news and a breakout
