Monday February 17 2003 Property Agreement


The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of an option agreement between the company and Explorers Alliance Corp. According to the agreement, the company may acquire the remaining 30-per-cent interest in 14 patented mining claims and associated licences of occupation in the Red Lake mining district in the province of Ontario. The company has previously acquired a 70-per-cent interest in the property.

In order to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the property, the company must pay Explorers Alliance $50,000 and issue 40,000 common shares. Additionally, the company must grant Explorers Alliance a 10-per-cent net profits royalty.
