MigraTEC Signs HP as Licensed Service Partner; HP Purchases 1st Licenses of MigraTEC's 32Direct Solution; HP To Use 32Direct for Customers' Application Migrations

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 2002--HP, a leading global provider of IT products and services, has signed a corporate-wide agreement to become a MigraTEC Licensed Service Partner. MigraTEC MIGR is a leading provider of application migration solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, HP can license MigraTEC's 32Direct Solaris-to-Linux migration solution to deliver migrations to its enterprise customers.
HP Consulting has purchased the first block of licenses for MigraTEC's 32Direct(TM) cross-platform solution under the new agreement for use with its clients.
