My inference is that as the preferred was converted it was being sold, perhaps to Sassower and associates, and perhaps at pre-negotiated prices. Anyway, it was putting downward pressure on the market price. Now the conversion process is over, and so is the new stock creation. Buyers can more safely come into the market knowing that they will not be dumped on by new stock.

Trouble is, there are probably a lot of other holders out there who will actively sell on any price rise. We need: (a) improved fundamentals (i.e., better than breakeven results), and, (b) new buyers to come into the stock.
