We are in fact going to have further base reductions...that we know. We will not see other reductions and it would not have mattered who was elected. Neither Kerry or Bush were good choices, the parties did a terrible job in fooling their dependents. Washington is more than one person, yet it is amusing how people go back and forth in their arguments. One can observe who is a good problem solver and who is not... None of the above is happening under Dumbya. In fact, all of those expenses have ballooned to incredible levels. And guess what the reason is for each of them? Defense, Defense/homeland-security, Defense.
