Long term outlook

I am guessing that the RCMP will have to file some charges to justify their theatrical swap team raid on SNMM's HQ. From the description of the raid you would think that they were raiding Al Capone!

Probably a few porno related charges - which should not do much damage if it doesn't involve kiddie porn and SNMM sells the "entertainment" sites.

There will probably be a few internet gambling charges also, but no arrests. I expect this issue to be litigated in the courts. Ultimately, I expect SNMM to prevail and be stronger for it with the legal risk of the business greatly diminished or at least better defined. Starnet will continue to license its software and make money. The big question is the impact on Starnet's NASDAQ application and secondary offering while the legality of its primary business is being decided in the courts.

A swift, complete exoneration on the gambling charges or quick resolution through the courts would lead to a strong run up in SNMM. Unfortunately "quick resolution through the courts" is an oxymoron.
