Bottom line, Kerry has to know this, he's a lawyer Technically, yes. Actually - no way. Good lawyers think for themselves. kerry thinks through polling, double speak, his senator staff and his campaign team. Admittedly, when he does think for himself, he usually blows it as evidenced by his latest "bring it on"; Bush is responsible for the swiftie ads etc.
