" How come it is down to 2+?"

because of
1) Weak financial structure
2) Boning current retail stockholders, such as the ones that post here, by giving institutions sweetheart stock deals
3) And, drumroll please, per the ultimate Bonehead who just can't seem to make a winning trade (Rocko am I giving you credit)

Headerless Hard Drive

Castlewood Systems has unveiled ORB, a removable 3-1/2-inch media hard drive that uses magnetoresistive head technology to obtain a capacity of 2.16 Gbytes and a sustained data transfer rate of 12.2 Mbps. It uses a new design, called headerless ID, to eliminate the need for disk formatting. The included software has a one-step backup that automates system disk and file backups. ORB is priced at $199.95 with one disk. Additional disks are $29.95.
