Hi Gerald. You are correct regarding any class-action type of ........ litagation. Of all that has been discussed over the past, oh....say two weeks or so, the ONLY thing, that "tweaked" me (and I try not to let "psyche" get to me -- and I KNOW how easy that is to do in all facets of life, and "especially" in investments); the only thing that tweaked me was the report of the May puts (10,000 I believe?). I can't rationalize that one! As far as SEC intervention, I myself don't know, and would ask as you have -- Does anyone know if, and how they would get involved? I personally think the talk (which is now escalating, at least here on this bbs) of a buy-under at what I consider a totally absurd price of $8 is well, "absurd". I think we will see the "mother of all proxy fights" if that comes about. ...Joe
