Gary,

Downloading off of the internet or the 800# (tried both several times) gives me an "illegal operations" error along with "if continues, contact the vendor" during the unzip process. It seems that the file is downloading OK, but fails to finish the unzip. Re-booted between attempts without success.

This is the first time this has happened. Is it on my end or your end? How can I solve the problem?

Anyone else having the problem tonight? or any night?
