J.G.C: It would appear that W.F.U's price target is based on the existing P/E (45) vrs 80 for the Leader CSCO. Apparently the street have allowed CSCO that high valuation only because it has never failed to meet/exceed expectations. Since our performance was bad in 97, I will accept a P/E of 40 relative to CSCO.

If you accept the inter relationship of P/E's, then our valuation is very dependent on how CSCO performs. If CSCO trips badly, it could take us down too.

Whats your take on all this.?
