LOL! You are the only other person (besides myself) who found the broker to be a problem in the sell decision. I got around it the same way you did. I found it was easier to decide on selling without having to deal with my broker's input. I think selling is one of the toughest decisions an investor can ever make and getting another opinion usually clouded my judgement. I still have a full service broker, too for the same reasons you mentioned, but I now have by far, the majority of my assets in my online account.
