OK, Jim, LOL the price I mentioned earlier on SSCP is totally baseless. This means I use T/A which is totally baseless in most peoples eyes. Interestingly enough, I have made a decent amount of money in this market just trading trends and charts. I usually stay away from price targets and will never mention one again.

Each individual is responsible for their own trading.

This is clearly not the case. Many lawsuits, complaints etc have found their way to the SEC. Bottom line is that
many people do NOT want responsibility for their own trading and actions.

A number of NASDAQ companies got sued in April/May when the market tanked. Allegations were many but all related to people buying high and riding all the way to the bottom.

The OTCBB and the Pink Sheets are not a place for investors or traders who are not willing to stay up late or to get out of bed early enough in the morning to do their DD. By the same token, those folks who have jobs need to be very careful about what they are buying. I know too many people who are putting in Market Orders before the market opens.... Both buy and sell orders.

All the MMs can see these orders and depending on how they stack up the stock will either gap up or gap down. Either way, it is bad for those who have Market Orders in.

Please.... Please use limit orders. Cut losses quickly regardless of who is saying what about any stock. Keep your "powder dry".

Greed is the biggest emotion that gets out of control in this game... There are too many greedy people who expect too much too soon. It takes years of experience to get good enough to make a living at this. I have been trading full time last two years and have done pretty good.... but.... not before I took my lumps and lost damn near all my money on several occasions from 1995 to 1998. I lost a hell of a lot of money before I made any. I paid my dues.

The glamourization of "day trading" over the last two years or so has made many people feel like if they have $500 they can open up an online account and turn it into an easy million through day trading. Doesn't work that way. Fact is that most people lose and disappear. There are a few sharks and many prey. It takes hard work to become a successful trader especially in Pink Sheet and OTCBB stocks.

I still have a lot to learn... I still lose too much money but never blame on anyone else but myself.

Tom
