Sounds like the school messed up, but I really doubt it's a case of racism. Especially if the school is 46% African-American.

I didn't see where it said the school was 46% black.....all I saw was predominately white school.......but assuming you are right, why do you doubt its not racism based on that fact?

This looks more like discrimination against a teenage mom. Race may or may not play a factor in this.

Well at least he agree its discrimination.
