I am afraid I have to agree with this instead of the "secret buying" theory, besides we know who is doing all the buying. PV was last seen here as "Cool Water" I think...things got a little uncomfortable here for him and he went to play "Uncle Fester "at Kitco again, but he'll be back, that is if SI will let him. B yep, 278 was his last post.
