Does anyone here use Network Solution's "Dot Com" mail service?

In my experience, it is HORRIBLE! PATHETIC! CRIMINAL!!! For the last two months, I have faced constant outages and severely delayed mail. All of my emails to customer help/service has been utterly ignored. When I call the customer service phone lines, they are clueless.

Anyone else out there as dissatisfied as me?

I wish someone in the media would pick up on this. Every time Hotmail has a minor glitch, they are swarmed by the press.

PS. On the other hand, what should I expect from what was essentially a government-run agency.
