There is considerable excitement on the Sigma board at Yahoo over the prospects for gaining Creative's use of Sigma's chipset, beginning mid-February, in place of Cube and their partner's solution. The posts of FLASHMAN_HARRY from 11/22, 8:40 pm and 11/29 are on point. Creative's monthly purchases would be quite material to Sigma's P&L. Sigma will simply own the kit market. I shake my head at the disconnect in the valuations of Sigma and Zoran, for example. You can rightly discount Sigma somewhat on a current basis for having to value "prospects," but the current disparity seems gross. February should be a good month for Sigma and this an ideal entry point, IMHO.
