| USA Video Interactive USA Video Interactive CEO Invited to Address Leadership Conference in Puerto Rico
Mystic, Connecticut, May 10, 2001 - Edwin Molina, President and CEO of USA Video Interactive (OTCBB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com), has been invited to address the annual Republican National Committee Northeast Leadership Conference being held this weekend at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico. Mr. Molina will speak on the leadoff panel of the conference, entitled "21st Century Approach to Political Communications: Telecommunications and the Internet."

The Conference is being hosted by Luis Ferre, Governor of Puerto Rico, who also is making the keynote address. Invited guests include President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard Cheney, and the Republican Governors, Senators and Congressmen from the northeast United States including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.

Mr. Molina will speak about USVO's educational deployments in several northeast U.S. school systems and the company's initiatives in Puerto Rico to bring streaming rich media to Latin America. He will discuss the capabilities and personalization that USVO's StreamHQ™ suite of services can bring to communications between legislators and their constituents, emphasizing that the most efficient way to bring a message to a constituent is by way of streaming Internet video.

In his remarks, Mr. Molina will state, "Communication with voters has traditionally been very costly, relying heavily on direct mail and TV advertising, but the advent of rich media Internet communication changes all that. With broadband networks for high quality digital video delivery and video streaming technologies for low bandwidth access, our country's leaders now can reach virtually anyone with an Internet connection and can do so inexpensively. Interactive rich media personalizes these communications with constituents and makes it affordable enough to communicate far more regularly and effectively."

"With our ability to deliver simultaneous audio signals to accompany video, our leaders will be always able to reach the American people not only in English and Spanish, but also in any of the wide variety of other languages spoken by our citizens."
